How the rating works
By various estimates, between 200,000 and 300,000 Russian speakers live in Dubai permanently. DZCH helps this community find like-minded people who want to grow together with the city: build a family, a career or their own business. The community has its own voice, and the rating helps it be heard more loudly.
We put together the nominations and nominees with local experts who know the subject professionally and take part in the life of the DZCH community. Other community members can propose their own nominees, and anyone can cast a vote.
Voting takes place in the rating's Telegram bot. In some nominations people vote for nominees; in others they rate them on several criteria.
