Who we are

“Healthy Person’s Dubai” (DZCH) is the website dubairating.ae, the Telegram channel @dubai_zdorovo, our Instagram, Threads and TikTok accounts, the DZCH Telegram bots and the DZCH Rating. The data controller is It Makes Sense L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Free Zone, licence 2645246.01; Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE.

What the website collects

• Visit statistics (Umami): pages viewed, referrer, device and browser type, country. No cookies and nothing that identifies a person.
• Clicks on our links dubairating.ae/go/…: time, page you came from, browser type, country and a one-way hash of your IP address — we do not store the address itself. Detailed records are kept for 180 days, after that only daily counts remain.
• The “Report an error”, “Suggest a place” and job report forms: the text, your contact if you leave one, and an address hash to limit spam. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile.
• DZCH calendar subscription: a personal feed link. We see how often the feed is refreshed, but not who subscribed.
• Your browser stores your theme, language and saved filters (the lang cookie and localStorage). This is not sent to our server.

Telegram bots and messages

When you write to our bots, Telegram gives us your ID, name, username and messages. We need them to reply, to keep the history of your request and to send what you subscribed to (events, jobs, reminders). You can unsubscribe in the bot.

For advertisers and employers we keep correspondence and records: company, contact person, placements, invoices and payments.

Instagram, Threads and TikTok

We publish DZCH content to DZCH’s own accounts through the official APIs of these platforms (Instagram API, Threads API, TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API). The platform issues us an access token for our own account; we keep it on our server and use it only to publish our content and read statistics of our own posts.

We do not collect, store, sell or share data of other users of these platforms — profiles, followers, messages or contacts — through the APIs. From TikTok we receive only information about the DZCH account itself (profile name, identifier) and the status of uploaded posts.

Posts on these platforms are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Why we use data

• to run the website, the calendar and the bots;
• to understand which content is useful and to report to advertisers — with anonymous numbers only (views and clicks), never data about specific people;
• to protect against spam and abuse;
• to issue invoices and keep records required by law.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers. Data is stored on our servers. To the extent needed, it is processed by the services we rely on: Telegram, Meta (Instagram, Threads), TikTok, Cloudflare (form protection), and banks and payment providers for payments. We may disclose data where UAE law requires it.

How long we keep it

Detailed click records — 180 days. Bot correspondence and advertising records — while needed for our work and as long as record-keeping law requires. Access tokens for our accounts — while the account is connected; it can be disconnected at any time in the platform settings.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted: write to iamniketas@gmail.com or to the bot. We reply within 30 days. We process data under UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Children

The DZCH website and bots are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we start collecting anything new, we will update this page and its date.
